A broadcast journalist for 23 years, Natalie most recently was a news correspondent for NBC News and an MSNBC News anchor prior to joining CNN International as an anchor. A native of Memphis, Natalie received her bachelor’s degree in radio, TV, and film from the University of Southern Mississippi and attended graduate school in political science at the University of Memphis. She has been a guest speaker for civic groups, universities, fraternal organizations and for three years, served as host and keynote speaker for the "Women Making a Mark" awards presentation by Atlanta magazine. As a member of the multi-platform Climate Initiative team at The Weather Channel, Natalie Allen appearred as anchor on Forecast Earth, the hour-long weekly program where climate news meets green living.
