Liana was born in 1990, in Gagra, Georgia. She was raised in Adler, Russia before she moved to the United States at the age of 7. Currently, Liana is a full time student at Kennesaw State University studying International Business with a concentration in Marketing, and was named Miss Kennesaw State University 2010. One of Liana's major goals is to finish college and return to Sochi, Russia in time for the 2014 Winter Olympics where she can find a suitable career as a business woman/entrepreneur. She served as Publicity Coordinator for the International Student Association for the KSU, Student Ambassador for Arab-American Dialogue on Disability Issues Fall 2009, and Panel Discussion Leader for The MisEducation of the Negro Series hosted by NAACP KSU Chapter Fall 2009 . She works part time as a canine hair stylist at a local salon. In her spare time she likes to participate in outdoor activities, spend time with family and friends, and engage in multicultural events.
